Shipping policy



Currently, CRtistry ships anything on our site to anywhere in the United States - including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Shipping rates will be calculated and shown during the checkout process.

Currently we do not ship internationally.

Length of shipping time varies per region


All orders submitted will begin immediate processing, which can take 5-10 business days, depending on selection. Order will then be prepared for shipping. All orders can take anywhere between 10-15 business days for delivery, once shipped. However, length of shipping can vary depending on region. Orders must have a physical address, as we cannot ship to a P.O. Box. While we aim to meet delivery times, sometimes there are situations out of our control. Technical system updates, extreme weather conditions, and other peak and/or busy periods (including sale and promotional times), along with any and all other unforeseen circumstances may result in extended delivery times. CRtistry cannot be held liable and/or responsible for any parcels that are lost or stolen, including offering of specific delivery instructions left for carrier by customer and/or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. Once package is showing delivered, the shipping carrier will then be responsible for delivery of order. If package is lost or stolen or if package is experiencing delays, please contact the shipping carrier with necessary tracking information for further assistance.
